In Nova Building’s PEB systems, the complete steel building package is delivered to site as a fully finished product.
This includes the primary members, secondary members, cladding system, building accessories and other components. Site erection is fast and simple as all the building components are fixed through nut and bolt connection as per the erection drawings.

No site fabrication or welding is involved which results in significant savings in construction time and superior quality when compared to conventional steel construction.
The PEB system is highly efficient in design due to synergy between building components.
Primary members are made of tapered, built-up sections and secondary members from cold-rolled sections made of high-strength steel.

All structural elements are fully optimized by the proprietary computerised design program that lead to a significant reduction in dead load reactions to the foundations. 

The purchase of a building from Nova Buildings includes the primary & secondary members, panels & trim, accessories, and other building components. The necessary drawings you need for erection and anchor bolt placement. 

Yes. It has a proven safety record in North America & other parts of the world.
If the customer requires a building done under a certain code of design like the IS code.
Nova Buildings will do it accordingly.

Yes. Nova Buildings has supplied buildings across Southeast Asia (SEA) and has the capacity to design full range of weather conditions, including snow loads, high desert temperatures, high humidity, proximity to sea, heavy rainfall, cyclone wind speeds, seismic loads, etc.
NOVA will design and manufacture the building to the specified requirements based on the ambient conditions at site and building usage. 

Yes. Nova Buildings are assembled at site by nuts and bolts. The units can be dismantled and shifted to a new location and reassembled. Nova Buildings can also provide small portable units which can be transported on trucks in one piece from place to place.
