The official audit by Bureau Veritas concluded on 30 December 2020, leading to our successful certification. Nova Buildings was commended on leadership and commitment in managing the quality procedures, determining our conformity with ISO 9001:2015, and ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory and contract requirements.
Further, we have been complimented for exceeding expectations on evaluating the effectiveness of our client management system and identifying potential areas for improvement.
Our diligence in following quality procedures has been worthwhile, enabling us to obtain the certification within a short period of time.
