Mezzanine
Steel mezzanine floors are easy and affordable additions that can transform your unused overhead space into valuable space. It can be used as a second floor of warehouse space, office space, or an observation deck. Mezzanines can also be fully enclosed for clean rooms or air-conditioned areas.
These elevated structures can be designed for new or existing buildings. Composite flooring of corrugated steel plate and concrete is commonly used, but it can also be simple grated deck or hollow core concrete slab resting on beams, depending on the purpose of the mezzanine. As with all PEB systems, our mezzanine structures are bolt-together systems, pre-engineered to your exact requirements, designed and prefabricated with handrails and stairs that are powder coated for a durable and lasting finish.
Canopy
Canopies not only shield occupants from the rain, but also your inventory, expensive equipment, exposed work areas or loading docks. In addition, canopies can add a nice architectural touch to your building front with painted finishes to match your corporate brand or create a seamless look.
Canopies can be structurally designed for any building and installed on either steel or concrete columns, in conjunction with any wall panel type or masonry construction. They can also be virtually any size you want. A standard projection (from face of wall) is usually designed but it depends on the canopy length.
