Quality Controller

---

Maintains quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products; recording quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:
• Implement the QC management system at factory 
• Coordinate with quality inspections with all the sub-contractors and vendors coordinate all non-destructive testing on site 
• Coordinate with the customers representative on the quality matters 
• Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to subcontractors 
• Verify that the quality related shop floor activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards 
• Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action 
• Compete shop floor quality control instructions and action remedial responses 
• Monitor the implementation of the approved the ITP for projects 
• Elaborating inspection and test programs 
• Compliance to the Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OHSE) policies and programs to ensure safety programs, policies, requirements, analysis, reports and plans meet applicable safety standards and local and international laws
• Assure all QC reports doing on time
• Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly quality control plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met

Skill Competencies and Requirements:

• Technical degree
• Safety leadership
• At least 3 years’ experience in quality control in steel structure fabrication
• Knowledge in standards of steel structure fabrication
• Knowledge in steel fabrication procedures
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to read and understand English.
