You will represent Nova Buildings Group for the development of new businesses in Philippines market. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities by contacting and finding prospective clients and evaluating their position in the industry, as well as acquiring new clients through to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Responsible for sales projects in the region of local market
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to analyse the viability of alternative business development opportunities
- Ability to execute highly complex or specialised projects, adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions
- Pursue sales leads, visit new customers, assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
- Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationship with customers and business/channel partners to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships, enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention
- Compliance to the Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OHSE) policies and programs to ensure safety programs, policies, requirements, analysis, reports and plans meet applicable safety standards and local and international laws
- Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met
Skill Competencies and Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
- At least 10 years of relevant sales management or leadership experience; preferably in Steel Buildings and Construction industry
- Ability to manage an operation, lead, manage and motivate the teams to achieve strong employee engagement and business results
- Excellent leadership, strong management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong in organization and creating teamwork, good facilitator, consensus builder and able to manage conflict
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Salesforce
- Excellent written and spoken communications skills in English
