Key Account Manager

Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Co-develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and market share within assigned accounts  
• Analyze existing data to identify targeted clients based on frequency of PEB designs and conventional high-value projects 
• Function as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying customer needs and recommending tailored PEB solutions
• Manage all aspects of the customer relationship lifecycle, from initial contact through project completion, fostering open communication and exceeding expectations
• Lead negotiations, develop compelling proposals, and secure contracts with key accounts 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and on-time delivery 
• Collaborate with contractors and other partners to define mutual benefits and explore royalty programs to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Conduct webinars on industry trends, innovations in PEB, and project management best practices, inviting industry experts and key stakeholders as speakers
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on account activity, project progress, and overall customer satisfaction through salesforce
• Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
